Ray Brasier’s family moved to Delta Junction, Alaska, in 1974 to become potato farmers. Growing up on the family farm instilled in him a strong work ethic and a deep connection to the Alaskan way of life.
He pursued his education at AVTEC in Seward, Alaska, where he studied Forestry and Wildland Fire Science, graduating in 1988. Shortly after, he began his career with the Alaska Division of Forestry fighting Wild fires and managing Timber sale, where he worked from 1989 to 1997.
Ray's passion for real estate began in 1990 when he and his wife, Lisa, made their first property investment. Over the past 35+ years, they have successfully bought and renovated more than 57 properties.
In 1997, Ray transitioned into real estate full-time, becoming a licensed realtor. He joined RE/MAX in 1998, where he built a highly successful career spanning 26 years. During his time at RE/MAX, Ray consistently ranked among the top three agents in the state of Alaska and earned numerous national awards, including the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award and induction into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame. With over 2,000 transactions throughout his career, Ray has established himself as one of the most accomplished realtors in the region.
Beyond real estate, Ray is passionate about Alaska’s great outdoors. He enjoys outdoor sports such as moose hunting and halibut & salmon fishing, embracing the adventurous spirit that defines life in the Last Frontier.
In 2025, Ray embarked on his next endeavor as the founder of Brasier Realty, bringing decades of experience, dedication, and expertise to the industry.
