Ray is a stand out in the Fairbanks real estate community and came highly recommended. His years of expertise and confidence in pointing out things to watch for was helpful since we had never purchased a home before. Then, when he was on vacation for a short week, his assistant, Chelsea, showed us several homes and was equally knowledgeable. It was with her help we found the home we own today. She was very attentive to the details with all of the paperwork and very reassuring as we walked through the house buying process. We would constantly call with questions and inquiries along the way and always found them to be patient, replying as soon as any new information came available. I would highly recommend their office for anyone's house hunting search. You will find friendly, knowledgeable people eager to help you find the home of your dreams!

Bought a Single Family Home in 2024 We can't say enough great things about the Brasier Team.

They have represented us in two realty transactions in Fairbanks, and each time was such a professional yet friendly experience—meaning they took all the stress out of what can be very stressful transactions. The Brasiers are true Alaskans through-and-through, and that means you will get honesty plus not just hard work on your behalf (whether you are selling or buying, we did both with them) but beyond-the-usual hard work to make sure everything is okay—such as personally attending to a broken furnace while we were absent (in February) within minutes of hearing our distress call at 6 in the morning. Cheerful, professional, helpful, and kind. You won't find a better realtor

It was a pleasure working with Ray. His local knowledge and connections were key to completing our sale in this most difficult of times. If I had any real estate need in Fairbanks I would contact Ray immediately, and I would certainly recommend him to others.

"Ray was fantastic and the most detailed Realtor I have ever worked with! He took the time to do video walk through with us and detail every positive and negative of each house, helping us to understand the ins and outs of owning a house here in Fairbanks, and ensuring we knew what would be required to have a functional home here! This was extremely helpful since we had no experience with such cold weather or the ins and outs of owning a home here! His negotiating skills are spot on and we were able to secure our home at the price we wanted!If you are interested in purchasing a home or looking for a place, Brasier Realty is absolutely the realtors you want to get in touch with!! "Ray's building and construction background allows him to evaluate any property's true value. He has been a landlord himself for years, and his further decades of experience in the Alaskan realty field gives him true depth of knowledge and insight into the market. I have bought four properties through him and sold two. Each time he looked out for our family's interests. In fact, chances are any property you may be looking at was probably bought or sold via Ray at some time or another."

"Ray Brasier went out of his way on both selling and buying a home he communicates well he works well with the final details of closing also is good with negotiations his team, which is RB and also Ashly communicate very well with me helping me out with different situations. I will continue to use Ray Brasier or I should say Brasier Realty for as long as I need them they make you feel like your family that’s how I always felt. I walk in there and we laughed, but we’d get the work done so the business is easy going and a job gets done."

"Ray Brasier represented the buyer in the sale of my Airbnb, and I was selling for sale by owner, so I want to be upfront about that. From the day his client first knocked on my door to the day we signed, everything went smoothly with no hiccups. Ray was prompt every time I had a question and never pushed me to pay any extra fees, even though I wasn’t represented by my own agent. He was straightforward, easy to talk to, and showed up early to every appointment, including the inspection and appraisal, even though he technically didn’t have to be there for me. He made a tricky process feel effortless, and I’d highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling."
